We quote door-to-door under all major incoterms, so the division of cost and risk matches your commercial agreement with your supplier or buyer. If you are not sure which term to use, tell us the transaction and we’ll recommend one — importers new to China often start with FOB and move to DDP once volumes justify it, and we support both ends of that journey.

Because our own team controls the origin side — pickup, Ningbo warehousing, export customs and carrier booking — and our vetted agents handle destination clearance and delivery, problems are resolved inside one network instead of being bounced between strangers.

Which Incoterm Is Right for You?

Maximum service

DDP — Delivered Duty Paid

We deliver to your door with all duties and taxes paid. You receive one all-in price; ideal for importers who want zero logistics involvement.

Delivered, duties unpaid

DAP — Delivered at Place

We deliver to your address, but you pay import duties and VAT at clearance. A good middle ground when you have your own duty exemptions or VAT registration.

To destination port

CIF — Cost, Insurance & Freight

We cover carriage and insurance to your destination port; you take over from arrival, including import clearance and onward transport.

Classic buyer term

FOB — Free on Board

Your supplier delivers the cargo on board at the Chinese port; we manage the ocean leg and everything after, on your instructions as the buyer.

Full buyer control

EXW — Ex Works

You buy at the factory door and we handle everything from there: pickup, export formalities, freight and delivery. Maximum control, maximum responsibility.

Pickup

Trucking collects the cargo from the factory, with loading supervised and photographed.

Export Customs

Declaration filed in China; documents checked for consistency before the cut-off.

Main Carriage

Ocean or air leg on contracted space, tracked from departure to arrival.

Import Customs

Our destination agent files the import entry and settles duties under DDP/DAP.

Final Delivery

Cargo delivered to your warehouse or site, with proof of delivery confirmed.

Duties and taxes pre-calculated — under DDP we quote landed cost including import duty and VAT, so your product costing is accurate before you order.
Customs on both ends — export clearance in China and import entry at destination handled within one network.
Insurance options — all-risk cargo insurance quoted alongside the freight, typically a small fraction of a percent of cargo value.
